Blackline Freight Dispatch

Blackline's standard dispatch fee for freight dispatch services is 7% of the applicable transportation charges for each load management booked through Blackline Freight Dispatch.

If 7% of the applicable transportation charges is less than $50, the dispatch fee will be $50. The $50 is a minimum dispatch fee, not an additional fee added to the 7% charge.

Carriers maintain control over their operations, allowing them to accept or decline any load. Without Blackline's involvement, carriers can independently manage their freight dispatch and will not incur any dispatch support fees for loads they obtain themselves.

Help coordinate pickup and delivery information while providing dispatch support and maintaining communication regarding loads dispatched through Blackline for effective freight dispatch and load management.

Assist in dispatch support by organizing and transmitting load management documents, including rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs as applicable to freight dispatch needs.
